LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
This innovative method makes it possible to explore complex systems and unconscious dynamics by building models with LEGO bricks. Thinking with your hands unlocks creative potential, leading to new perspectives, fresh ideas and meaningful solutions. The process creates a state of flow – sparking joy, curiosity, and plenty of AHA and WOW moments.
3D Worlds by Janek Panneitz
With this playful method, ideas, projects and concepts are brought to life as vibrant 3D landscapes. By translating the abstract into tangible models, participants can recognize patterns, prioritize clearly and make well-founded decisions. Next steps and responsibilities are defined collaboratively – in a way that is both structured and playful.
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a creative, user-centered approach that enables the development of innovative solutions for real-world challenges. Participants dive deep into the needs of their target group, create early prototypes, and refine their ideas through feedback. The result: tangible outcomes that generate real value.
Lean Startup
Lean Startup is a powerful method to develop ideas quickly and effectively. This iterative approach helps identify risks early and brings new products, services, or processes purposefully to the next level.
Liberating Structures
This is a practical and solution-focused set of methods that takes collaboration and communication to a new level. It gives every participant a voice, harnesses the collective intelligence of the group, and transforms ordinary meetings into creative idea labs and dynamic working sessions.
Taping for Creative Space Design
By using colorful adhesive tape, I turn 0815 rooms into vibrant, engaging spaces. The space itself becomes an active co-facilitator – flexible, inspiring, and full of energy.
Coaching
Leadership
Do you want to develop your leadership skills? Are you not (yet) achieving the impact you wish? I support leaders in reflecting on their own leadership behavior and shaping it in an impact-oriented way.

Team Development

Change
Many change projects fail due to lack of planning, poor communication, lack of support or unclear goals. This is exactly where I come in as a Transformation Coach. I support leaders in leading through change and uncertainty. I help them to understand the dynamics in change processes and to develop strategies to optimally align themselves and the team for the future and to develop new perspectives.
As a coach, I also accompany people who are affected by a change or are striving for one. I help them to develop confidence in leaving their comfort zone and forging new paths.

Difficult situations at the workplace
Are you in a difficult situation at work? As a coach, I will support you and help you to master your challenges at work, such as conflicts, bullying, excessive or insufficient workload, as well as changes within the company.
Together we will analyze your situation to find out which factors influence it. I support you in strengthening your self-efficacy, developing new perspectives and working out different options for action. I accompany you in an appreciative, empathic and solution-oriented way.
