With over 20 years of experience in HR, I shifted my focus to coaching, organizational development, and facilitation, where I discovered my true passion for shaping a new work environment.

I love to activate, encourage, and inspire people, helping them step out of their comfort zones to grow beyond their limits. To achieve this, I enjoy using creative and playful elements that connect fun and flow with learning and development.

My systemic perspective helps me identify untapped potentials and opportunities, as well as dysfunctions and risks. With a broad range of methods, I create development spaces for growth and personal unfoldment.

My mission is to create a sustainable and healthy working environment in which success is not the result of pressure and fear, but the natural consequence of having fun at work, appreciation, connection and a shared vision.
